i was informed by one of our members that In 1867 President Abraham Lincoln gives the State of the Union address to the 37th Congress.
He announces December First will be "Cats Christmas" in honor of the first cat in the White House his beloved cat Tabby. so give your kitties a treat or two and let them enjoy there day ;3
